The property boasts several entertaining areas, an outdoor shower, petanque pitch, fire pit and a shed filled with bikes, windsurfers and other outdoor adventure toys.
While away your time on the deck, sipping gin and tonic complemented by a slice of lemon from the garden where you will also find a mandarin and feijoa tree. Scents and aromas of sage, basil, rosemary, coriander, parsley, mint and lavender permeate the air. The house is framed by a large Pohutukawa tree, full of blossom during the festive season.
The location provides safe anchorage for shallow draft boats and, due to the sheltered location, is an ideal location to learn to windsurf.
