The Artists Cottage is a separate stand alone cottage behind our house in Seatoun, Wellington. One queen bedroom, bathroom, large separate living/dining room and kitchen - its a wonderful home away from home to base yourself for your Wellington stay.
Situated just 3 minutes drive (20 mins walk) from Wellington airport, Seatoun is a seaside suburb of Wellington - just 12 minutes drive to the City Centre
Our cottage is decorated with Jolanda's art - Jo is an established Wellington artist and uses a range of mediums from dry point to oils to ink and water colours. All art is available for purchase . . .
Jo is Dutch and also speaks French, German, Spanish and Portuguese _ and English of course!

Situated just 3 minutes drive from Wellington airport, Seatoun is a seaside suburb of Wellington - just 12 minutes drive to the City Centre.
Our house is just a few doors from the village shops which includes Breakers Cafe, Chilli Tomatoes Restuarant, Sanitas Per Aqua Day Spa Retreat and a mini-supermarket. The beach is 2-3 minutes stroll from the house. There are great walks from the village including Wellington's well known Eastern Walkway. The bus-stop is 100m from the front door taking you into the city or take the ferry in the morning from Seatoun wharf.
PS ... If you are heading to the wine village of Martinborough (1 hours drive north of Wellington) we also have a beautiful self contained villa for short term rental opposite the vineyards and 5 minutes stroll to the village square. Check out www.casadivino.co.nz
