The premium quality beds have been chosen for a wonderful night sleep, and are dressed with down/feather duvets and pillows.
Everything you are likely to need for your stay is provided including My Sky satellite TV, DVD player, flat screen TV, i-pod deck and wireless internet.
The open plan kitchen and living area makes it a great place to spend time with family and friends while enjoying the stunning views, from inside and out. There are herbs growing in the patio garden for keen cooks. Relax inside or have a barbecue on the balcony/garden patio. 4 sets of large patio doors create a wonderful indoor outdoor flow.

The lovely additional SELF CONTAINED STUDIO can be rented for an additional 2 guests. It has 1 x Queen bed, a walk in wardrobe, cooking facilities and a large bathroom with shower.
Queenstown Retreat is warm in winter as it is well insulated, with a powerful heat pump. Firewood is supplied should you want to use the atmospheric and efficacious wood burner. The ski drying room is worth its weight in gold for keen skiers.
There is usually a minimum stay of 5 nights but shorter stays are possible by arrangement.
We are only 2.75km, which is approximately five minutes drive from central Queenstown. There is a bus stop at the bottom of our road that will take you into town every half an hour until late. If you are interested in skiing, there are ski buses, too, to take you to and from the ski fields, and our retreat has its own ski drying room!
Almost new, ideally located and beautifully furnished, many aspects of this retreat are a step above the rest. One of our favourites is the stunning view with three meter high (over nine feet!) patio doors opening onto the balcony upstairs. In addition, the beautiful downstairs bedrooms have patio doors opening onto the simple garden. Here, you can bask in the panoramic, unobstructed views of our mountain ranges and Lake Wakatipu. When the snow has melted, enjoy a barbecue outside on the balcony, this is a stunning house for holidays all year round.
Queenstown Retreat is ideally located for the many varied activities on offer in Queenstown and the surrounding area.

Rates: The rates shown are for 6 guests in the main house, (3 bedrooms and two bathrooms). For an additional $100-150/night off peak and $200 peak, the beautiful self contained studio unit can sleep an additional two guests in your group. Off peak times, the studio may be available by itself, at a higher nightly rate.Please leave the home as you have found it. If you prefer not to do the cleaning yourself, just let me know at the time of booking; I can arrange cleaning on departure for an additional $150.
