'The Barn' is situated down a private driveway on a 'No Exit' road that is approximately 1 km off the State Highway. It has a tranquil outlook to a native reserve on one side and views of farmland and the Tauraruas on the other.
Trendy and charming Greytown is only a short 3km drive offering boutique shopping, cafes and market gardens. Country Carterton is 4km in the other direction with a good supermarket, excellent playground and more cafes. The popular wine area of Martinborugh is 20 minutes away and has many wineries, several good restaurants and eateries set amongst small shops. The town of Masterton is also 20 minutes drive and has a large public swimming pool, and larger shops. The Taurarua ranges are easily accessible and offer various walks and parks to explore.
The Barn is surrounded with a wide concrete patio and there are large shade sails in front giving welcome relief on those hot sunny days. The front patio is ideal for alfresco dining or to just relax with a glass of wine as the kids play in the paddock or swim in the pool.
Inside there is plenty of space to entertain or unwind. The high ceiling and unique layout of the Barn creates individaul areas where you can read a book while others chat or play games.
The fruit and vegetable garden provide food in season and adds to that special country experience.

Rates: Rental Rates are as follows;
Two night minimum.
For a weekend Friday and Saturday $400.00.
For a five day week Sunday to Thursday, or, dates to be agreed $750.00.
For a seven day week Sunday to Saturday, or, dates to be agreed $900.00.
Please note that different rates may apply for public holidays or special events.
The Barn is for quiet enjoyment, parties are not allowed. Overflow camping is specifically not allowed.
