This property is suitable for couples or small families wishing to holiday in a central location. It is also an ideal base for anyone working in or near the city centre. Both short and long term stays are welcome. Situated 2.5ks to the city centre, a short drive or a 20min walk along the riverside will take you to the heart of Whangarei where you will find great shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars and cinemas. Riverside apartment is very close to many amenities including a boat ramp, Whangarei airport, public swimming pool (wave pool, spa, hydro slide, sauna and gym), BMX track and skate board park and entrance to Mair Park/Parihaka Nature Reserve that has a network of native bush walks. A short scenic drive to Whangarei Heads will take you to many beautiful white sand beaches, excellent fishing, diving, and some great cafes and bars are dotted along the coastline. This newly decorated holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry facilities, secluded private gardens, brand new Kwila outdoor furniture and lovely linen and towels are also provided.

We were absolutely delighted with the accomodation provided, clean, spacious and a lovely outlook. Private offstreet parking and a quiet location that is only a few minutes drive into town. Great fish n chips on the main road and petrol station next door, we were sorted ta very much :):) Please pass on our thanks to the owners they have made sure we try them first for availability when we are next in Whangarei.
