We are in the middle of renovations to provide 2 bedrooms & dining/living room.Master bedroom will have king bed & the other 2 single beds. We will update photo gallery when completed. Should be finished mid August.

Our property is situated in very best part of Remuera on Northern slopes with a panoramic view of Rangitoto Island & the Waitemata Harbour. On the main bus route to the city.
Close to 2 good shopping areas, Remuera & Newmarket, supermarket, cafes, restaurants also near the station and One Tree Hill park.
Very easy access to both Southern & Northern motorways.

This is a medium to short term rental flat with garden outlook under our beautiful house, sunny, own entrance & driveway, off street parking, bus stop from city at gate.

New kitchen has all new china, pots & pans, utensils & appliances: Microwave, d/washer, fridge-freezer, stove, rangehood, w/machine & breakfast bar/servery into dining area.
New bathroom has marble tiled floor.
Main bedrooms has king size bed.
2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds
The living area has dining table & 4 chairs, TV,DVD player, settee & 2 easy chairs. Servery with breakfast bar into kitchen.
We will provide provisions for full self catered breakfast.

While you can be totally independent, we are always available to assist you. We have traveled extensively in New Zealand as well as overseas.

The tariff will depend on the length of stay & weekly rates are available for longer stays.
Wireless Internet with unlimited download is available at no extra cost.

The flat is not serviced.

All linen will be provided & towels changed as required.

Minimum stay 2 nights.

Very private & quiet though close to a main road - this area is known as the "golden mile".

Highly recommend. Well equipped and in an excellent location next to beautiful Mt Hobson domain. Easy access to Downtown without the cramped chaos of the CBD. Owners are very pleasant and charming.
