Modern 2 storey, spacious 3 bedroom home, full of character and rustic charm with lake and mountain views. Upstairs has 1 double bedroom, bathroom/toilet and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area (with Freeview TV). Double bifold doors open to a large, fully fenced deck that continues around 3 sides of the house giving an indoor/outdoor flow. The dining area is close to the gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer as well as small appliances ie toasted sandwich maker, food processor etc. A pot belly fire provides heating (firewood provided).
Downstairs has 1 double bedroom, bathroom/toilet, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a living area. There is a large TV suitable for playing videos and DVDs and a selection of these is provided as well as board games etc. There is a separate laundry/storage area with a second fridge/freezer in it. Off street parking is plentiful and there is a carport.
Pillows, duvets, tea towels, dishcloths, hand towels and bathmats are supplied - all other linen is available if required at an additional cost. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided for your arrival. Soap, toilet rolls and all house cleaning products are provided.
The house is centrally located and within walking distance to the train station, hotel, boat ramp, camping ground/shop, petrol station/service centre/shop, medical centre, Stationhouse cafe and bush walks.
