The South Street Cottages, all built in 1864, are situated in Historic South Street in central Nelson City. They are ideally located having easy access to cafes, theatres, galleries and markets - many of which are within a few minutes easy stroll. Biddle Cottage, Dillon Cottage and Briar Cottage have a cosy colonial charm along with modern comforts of the present day. These include full kitchen and laundry facilities, telephone, TV and stereo (with a selection of music). All linen and towels are provided and servicing is by arrangement. The cosy wood fire along with the central city location in Nelson make it an ideal winter hideaway as well as a great base for summer from where you can enjoy all of Nelson's Summer Offerings. Experience a special part of Nelson's and New Zealand's history by staying in one of our South Street Cottages in New Zealand's oldest fully preserved street - a step back in time in a quiet cul-de-sac where you will enjoy quiet privacy and total independence. We also have available a luxury apartment in South Street.

the famous Abel Tasman National Park. Close by is glass blowing, art & craft trails, skydiving, mountain biking and heritage walks.
