Beautiful view over the bay. Big secure section with plenty of room for children to play. Double and single kayaks and life jackets available.
The beach is just across the road and swimmable at all stages of the tide. There are lots of rockpools to explore around the island and in the little cove next along. There is a boat ramp on to the beach for launching medium size boats.
10 minutes to basic shopping and 30 minutes to Whangarei.
While we ask people to bring their own linen, we can help with this for overseas and inter-island bookings.

Rates: Minimum rental period of 7 days Christmas/January. Two day minimum at other times.
Payments: For bookings made more than six weeks before commencement of booking period,30% of total rental is required as deposit. If booking is made within six weeks of commencement of booking period,payment of full rental would be required to secure booking.
Cancellation: In event of cancellation, payments will not be refunded if we cannot re-let the complete period at the same rate per night.
Damage bond: $250 bond required with balance of rental six weeks before tenancy starts.Bond will be refunded if the property is left in a smokefree, clean and undamaged state at end of rental.
N.B Maximum of six people on entire property - no tents, campervans or caravans.
