Spacious, sunny elevated 3 bedroom cottage in Akaroa, four minutes walk to wharf, shops and sea.
The cottage has a brand new bathroom, log fire and beautiful views. It has a sheltered garden and a sun drenched verandah. All bedrooms have quality beds, linens and furnishings.
Depending on the season we have a minimum number of nights for the cottage We do not cater for one night stays in the cottage but we do have a Summerhouse which is a studio unit for one or two people which is sometimes available for one night or more. The Summerhouse can be seen in the photo gallery.

Rates: Rates are based on the number of persons. $150 is for the first two people occupying one room. An additional cost of $50 for each extra person irrespective of age. Please call or email Anne and Jack. We do not cater for one night stays in Mulberry Cottage. A 50 dollar cleaning fee for the cottage normally applies. House must be left in the condition it is found.

My partner and I stayed in the Summerhouse for one night - its gorgeous wee studio conversion, with bathroom and tiny kitchen. Perfect place for a romantic getaway.
