Our house is well equipped with a well appointed new kitchen including dishwasher, S/S icemaker fridge/freezer, induction hob and new S/S oven and oven/microwave, plenty of quality crockery and cutlery. Starter pack of tea,coffee,sugar & milk provided.
The dining room & kitchen are on the second level that opens up through huge sliding doors to an expansive deck and outdoor living area where the BBQ and spa are situated, the spa and outdoor shower are very private surrounded by native plantings.
Back inside there are 2 lounges both with leather lounge suites and a TV in each, the top lounge could be used for children sleeping on mattresses, also where the master bedroom and ensuite are situated.
On the first level of the house are the other two bedrooms with 1 queen Bed and a set of bunks, a newly refurbished bathroom and seperate toilet, laundry and office/snug are situated. All three levels are joined by two small flights of stairs.
The house has been newly tiled and carpeted right throughout.
Board games and a small library are in the top lounge.
Outside there is a trampoline and treehut for children.
There are 2 Kayaks and a small white clinker dingy provided for guest use.

Walking tracks 2 minutes to a private beach on either side of the house.
From the Elaine Bay turn off (where the sealed road ends)Our holiday house turnoff is 13.5kms to the beginning of our Driveway turn off and then our drive way is 5kms winding down the hill into the Bay, on a gravel road.
There are no handy shops or dairys so please ensure that you bring plenty of food supplies.
There is a small shop and garage selling petrol and basic requirements located at French Pass a further 30 minutes drive from our house.
