Rates are based on time of year with NZ$300 per night being charged over the Statutory Holidays and between Mid December to Mid February also when special occasions are on in Akaroa eg French Festival.Other times are at the lower rate of NZ$185 to $300 dependent of time. All Bookings are subject to confirmation.
