Rates & availability
Rates: Rates are based on time of year with NZ$300 per night being charged over the Statutory Holidays and between Mid December to Mid February also when special occassions are on in Akaroa eg French Festival.Other times are at the lower rate of NZ$185 per night.
Please note we do not accept bookings for less than 2 nights and in the Peak periods it is open for negotiation.All Bookings are subject to confirmation.
