The house is completely furnished with quality bedding and new tasteful and comfortable furnishings. There is a Queen bedroom with en suite; another queen bedroom; and twin single beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is a shower, bath and separate toilet. The new kitchen is fully equipped with quality glassware, cookware and serving equipment. There is a heat pump for the cooler months. Short walk to markets, restaurants, bars and galleries. Nearby attractions include the Centre of NZ, the Queens Gardens, Riverside Pool and the Suter Art Gallery. It is less then 10 minutes walk to the Rugby World Cup Venue at Trafalgar Park. The home suitable for families with children over 10 immigrating to the Nelson area; sports fans coming to support their teams or the local Tasman Makos 1st Division team; or visitors wanting to enjoy the Nelson region. Daytrips to Nelson Lakes and Abel Tasman National Parks; many wineyards, potteries and art studios.
