Large two storey house, consisting of 5 double bedrooms, 2 up, 3 down. Master has ensuite. All bedrooms have french doors that open onto decks and garden. There is a large lounge with wood burner, 42 inch television, home theatre, surround sound, Sky, HDI, My sky, French doors open onto a lovely sunny deck that has sea views and over looks the garden.Patio heater and Barbeque available.Down a couple of steps from the lounge is another smaller lounge which also has french doors to a smaller deck, massage chair, tv a great stero with good selection of CD's.The kitchen is a good size with Island bench, two ovens, ceramic hob,microwave, dishwasher,beer/wine fridge, fridge freezer and an upright freezer.Full selection of cooking utensils,pans, etc.There are two bathrooms upstairs, one with clawfoot bath, both have showers. There is also a seperate toilet. Down the hall is a small office, with wireless internet available. Downstairs is another toilet/shower room, Laundry with washing machine and dryer,We are on gas for Instant hot water. There is another small fridge and a microwave situated in laundry.we have facilities downstairs for tea/coffee and making toast etc. There are three double bedrooms downstairs which are available for homestays throughout the year.All bedrooms have own tvs.There is also an X box in one of the bedrooms with a selection of games.
Outside area has spa,sauna,private lawn and garden with mature trees,outdoor lighting,seating and outdoor speakers.
Off street parking for 3 cars or a boat 10 min walk to town 20 min walk to bowl short walk to ammenities dairy takeaways pizza to name a few.

Large park across road.Kids playground around corner.Aquatic centre with its new hydro slide a 10 minute walk.

Minutes to walk to a number of fun holiday activities, as mentioned, but also very central and close to a good selection of shops,including takeaways,off licence, emergency doctors,hot bread shop, and a lovely cafe just a two minute stroll down the road.
