Rates: All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
Base rates are for 1~2 guests. Extra adults are $50/night, children (under 16) are $25/night.
Tariffs include all services including local phone and broadband internet, full linen and standard cleaning upon departure.
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder and a $500 refundable bond required prior to commencement of your stay. Payments can be accepted by bank transfer or by credit card at a 3% surcharge.
Portacot(s), highchair(s), toys, extra beds can be provided by request.
Please note that a minimum 6 night stay is required for bookings that cross the dates Dec 23 to Jan 4, a minimum 4 night stay for Easter and 3 night stay for Labour & Queen's Weekends. There is no minimum stay for other periods however a surcharge may apply to 1 night stays.

the place is lovely, although on a busy road for work and after work traffic it is suprisingly quiet. views are great and a wonderful place to relax. Hosts are great too. Gets all day sun so nice and warm.
