Absolute waterfront holiday home in Whitianga, on the Coromandel Peninsula, New Zealand.
The Coromandel Peninsula is scenically stunning with an abundance of natural beauty. The location of the holiday house is outstanding as it is waterfront and situated on the main street, it offers both privacy and convenience. You will feel totally relaxed and at peace the moment you arrive!
There are two houses on the property; the main house (pictured) has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 11 people. On the adjoining section there is a two bedroom traditional miner's cottage sleeping an additional 7 people.
The Waterfront Home has a wonderful alfresco area big enough for everyone to enjoy with outdoor seating and lounging for 18 people. Enjoy the private beach by day and the large outdoor spa pool by night.
The traditional miner's cottage oozes with the charm of yesteryear and is typical of the iconic New Zealand "bach". The cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom, combined open plan lounge and dining area, full kitchen, laundry, outdoor BBQ area and is set within a beautiful established cottage garden.
The two houses are a perfect combination for large groups of family and friends to meet up and spend time together enjoying life's special moments. For those groups that love to cook you are welcome to make use of the edible garden.
The houses can be let together or separately.
Whitianga's fabulous town centre is on your doorstep with most activities being within a 5 minute stroll from the property.
The boatshed is loaded with a few extra things to enhance your stay. You are welcome to use the dinghy, kayaks, lifejackets, bicycles (and helmets), tennis racquets, fishing rods and beach games. There is a large outdoor spa pool (fully fenced) with great views across the water. The public tennis court is within 2 mins walk.
