Unique property with it's own bush walk to the water, private access only. You can reach Surat Bay in The Catlins by flying into Dunedin.
Beautiful native bush and beaches, swim or fish in the waters of The Catlin's coastline or explore the many bush walks or bring a kayak and explore the area. Tramping boots a must.
Log burner for heating and a gas barbeque.
Tidy 3 bedroom wooden farm house on the coast with large living room. This is a rural property on the coast, stock on property. Swim across to Pounawea.Great place for the family with room for your boat,tramping, bush walks near by, walks on the beach to see the amazing Sealions.
Great for day trips to caves,water falls and wildlife such as dolphin's, penguins, spoonbill birds and sealions.Golf course five minute walk from house.
Launch your boat at the end of property put your canoe in near the house.
Ideal place for swimming, boating, scuba diving,hunting, fishing or a quiet time.
Owaka river running past property great white baiting and fishing, garden for BBQ.

Any damage report before departure to main home this allows all to enjoy.
Bookings are tight so cleaning and departure by 10am arrival no sooner than 3.00pm

This holiday house Retreat is self clean like most, cleaning equipment on site and house to be left in same clean condition for all to enjoy.
If you prefer not to clean a $50.00 fee can be charged for a cleaner to come in.
