Read no further if you want a modern flash place.This is a bach built in the 1980s with wonderful views and a bach you can feel comfortable in and blob out without worrying about carpet etc.
A four bedroom, two bathroom, three level holiday home situated on the hill above the northern most end of Kuaotunu west with stunning views along the beach, out to Great Mercury, Cuvier and Great Barrier islands. Beach access is down a walking track on the eastern side of the house about 3 minutes walking. Can sleep 8 people in four bedrooms.
The house has polished particle board throughout . All the bedrooms have views, on the top level, the main bedroom opens out to a small deck and has a king size bed and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, a single bed, a trundler bed and a set of drawers.
The lower level has a separate outside entry and has 2 bedrooms with a separate shower and separate toilet. This is ideal for older children or another family.
One bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and bedside tables, the other downstairs bedroom has 3 single beds.
The middle living area level is open plan and has ranchsliders leading to the deck. The bach was built in 1980 to standard then , so has railings that are lower than required for todays building standards.( small children need to be supervised.)There is a comfortable old style 21/2 seater couch and 11/2 chair, medium sized TV, DVD player, a coffee table and 1 electric heater and a gas heater. The dining area has a wooden table and 6 chairs with extra stacking chairs if needed.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, 60/40 fridge /freezer, microwave, coffee plunger, toaster, electric frypan and there is a good selection of cutlery, crockery, pots,
