Elevated Elegance is a 4 bedroom Kuaotunu holiday home... A stunning property with some innovative architectural design features, built on an elevated site to enjoy spectacular north-east views over Kuaotunu Beach, to the Blackjack and over to the Mercury Islands!!

This Kuaotunu holiday home is beautifully spacious, with excellent indoor/outdoor flow through glass sliding doors to the semi-surround decking... Bask in the views while you enjoy a meal or read a book in this peaceful setting.

The 4 bedrooms at this Kuaotunu accommodation are all carpeted - the master room has a king sized bed and bi-fold doors giving access to the deck... awaken to fabulous views of Mercury Islands!! There is also an ensuite bathroom with shower attached to this room. Next to the master room is the fourth bedroom, which is fitted with two single beds.

Venturing to the other side of the house, you will find the second and third bedrooms - one has a queen-sized bed, the other has two single beds and bi-fold doors leading out onto the side decking... ideally situated to capture the northwest view of the Coromandel ranges! These rooms each have their own hallway entrances so as to be independent, but can be opened up to be one large room with large sliding doors between them!

The spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area has a curved roofline, bi-fold doors and large windows, terracotta tiled floors, and an attractive large open fireplace on a raised platform - one of the room's features! There are wall controls for numerous variables with lighting and stereo speakers throughout the house. The stereo system is zoned for separate listening in the main living area and 2 of the bedrooms, and includes an ipod docking station and CD/DVD player!

Lay back on the chaise lounge while watching your favourite movie, or enjoy a quiet read in the window seats with the well stocked bookcase provided... The dining area and kitchen are well equipped with plenty of seating and a breakfast bar, as well as the usual cookware and crockery!

The main bathroom has a shower, vanity and heated towel rail and there is another separate toilet and vanity at the end of the hall. The laundry has an automatic washing machine and the separate chest freezer.

You will love the many outdoor features at Elevated Elegance... Soak up the sun on generous decks facing northwest, west and east! In the evening, gather around the outdoor fireplace with friends and family to talk about the days events... An external patio off the master bedroom features a Balinese style outdoor shower with hot/cold running water. This area is the perfect spot for outdoor dining with ample seating and a Lazy Susan feature... There is plenty of shade with the sun umbrella, and preparing your meal is easy with the gas BBQ provided. For additional seating you will find a range of beanbags for your use! Outdoor gas heater also available.

There is a garage available with internal access for your use and sufficient space for more external carparks, there is also a covered front door access.

All of this, plus... The safe swimming beach is within a two minute walk, 150m down the hill!! This Kuaotunu home is ideal for an extended family or two small families of 4 adults with up to 4 children, but not considered suitable for toddlers.


One well-behaved family dog may be permitted with prior consent. (Sorry no cats)
Smoking strictly outdoors please. No washing of boats permitted due to tank water storage capacity. Not suitable for boat access / boat trailer parking due to driveway width and turning circle at the top but boat parking down at street level available
