Otama Beach Bliss is a 3 bedroom Otama Beach Holiday Home. A tri-level home with beachfront access, Otama Beach Bliss is positioned on the hillside with unobstructed views over the Pohutukawa trees, the beach and ocean to the Mercury Islands! This property comfortably sleeps up to 6.

This Otama Beach holiday home features a prime location, plus decks with stunning views. Whilst the house is relatively new, the furnishings and appliances are closer in style to those of a traditional kiwi bach when compared to some of our other beachfront homes that have every modern convenience.

With polished particleboard floors throughout, the master bedroom is on the uppermost level and has a double bed and glass sliding doors leading onto a seaward facing deck. The other two bedrooms situated on the middle level, have double beds. Additionally, you will find an extra bed in the form of a large window seat in one of these bedrooms. One of these bedrooms also has glass sliding doors leading onto a small deck looking to the east.

The open plan lounge/dining area on the lower level features window seats on either side of the room, plus glass sliding doors leading to the deck. The wooden dining table is positioned by one of the window seats to capture great views while you dine.

The kitchen has an oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and an assortment of pots, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. There is a front loader automatic washing machine.

The bathroom has a shower, small vanity and a separate toilet.

The deck off the living area is a good size and has trellis railings, there are 2 outdoor tables with 1 umbrella, a shade sail, 2 chairs and a gas barbeque and a recent addition is the water feature that follows the steps down to the front deck on the western side of the house. There is a toll barred telephone for local and incoming calls only.
