The master bedroom at this Matarangi accommodation features a king bed, a walk through wardrobe and ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. This room provides a TV, plus glass sliding doors onto the deck where unlimited sea views and fresh air can be enjoyed! The additional 2 bedrooms are at the other end of the house on a lower split level from the living area, one room has a queen bed and the other has two single beds. The lounge/dining area has fabulous views to the beach and features high ceilings and feature windows plus glass sliding doors along the front of the house. There are ample furnishings in the living area, as well as a DVD player, TV and stereo where the family can share evenings watching a movie or a game. With polished wood floors, sun pours into this room providing plenty of warmth in the day, however there is no additional heating. There are 2 televisions in the house receiving channels 1/2/3/4 with aerials in every room.
The lounge/kitchen/dining area is all open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge/freezer, bench top elements, oven, bench-top grill, rangehood, microwave, dishwasher and a walk-in pantry - everything you could need is provided.
The second bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity. The toilet is separate. The laundry area has a washing machine, tub, a second fridge/freezer and the hot water cupboard.
There is a gas BBQ and an old-fashioned wood BBQ, picnic table, outdoor table and chairs, and sun umbrella for you to enjoy some indoor/outdoor living. Bella Vista boasts decking at both the front and back of the house. This Matarangi holiday home is fully fenced except for the beach frontage.
