Our unit is attached to our home but is completely separate and has its own entrances and patio overlooking Oneroa Bay.
It consists of a double bedroom with a queen sized bed. Along a small hall is the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and washing machine.
Through the hall door is a lounge/kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, full oven/stove and sink bench. Pots and pans, cutlery and crockery are all supplied, as is a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, beer and wine.
In the lounge area is a divan which can be pulled out to make a double bed with innersprung mattress. There is also a single bed in that room. All linen is supplied.
The bedroom and lounge both have TV’s (FreeView) and radios.
We are 7 minutes walking distance from the village and across the road and down a track is the beach of Oneroa. The village is accessible by both road and beach.
We have a minimum stay period of two nights, with some exceptions being made in the less busy months. (If staying only one night the base charge is $150)
Our base tariff is $130 per night for up to two guests and $15 per night for any extra people.
These rates apply all year.
A half deposit is accepted as confirmation of a booking, or alternately you may wish to supply your credit card details as security and pay by cheque or cash during your stay.
Our check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 10 a.m.
Children 7 years and under are free. We have folding cots and a highchair available for infants. Sorry, no pets allowed.

A short walk along the beach and up a walkway in a reserve will get you to the village with its restaurants, shops, chemist and banks, etc. Buses to Onetangi leave from the village as do taxis. The Waiheke Visitor Information Centre is located in the village.
