1 minute drive to the golf course, 2 minutes drive to local shops/cafe/restaurant. Estuary and surf beach 5 minutes drive away. Te Arai, Langs beach and Waipu Cove are all within a short distance.
House has 3 double bedrooms - master has queen size bed, ensuite with shower, walk in wardrobe and ranchslider leading to outdoor patio. Second bedroom has a queen size double bed and 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds with the lower bunk being a double suitable for 2 children or even 2 adults.
Main bathroom has a seperate shower and bath.

Please note there is a stormwater drainage channel running along the rear fence of the property, which we are required by council to leave as is. The channel slopes down approx 2 feet and although completely grassed, you should be aware of it if you have very young children.
