We invite you to stay in our beautiful, newly renovated, 100-year-old villa. Plenty of space for 2 families or one large family. Enjoy the privacy of 4 bedrooms, a sleep-out, 2 ensuites, 1 main bathroom and 2 living areas, offering enough beds to sleep 11- 14 people. Each room has its own unique character. The master bedroom has an in-wall fish tank and a sun-drenched deck reached through bi-fold doors with views over the Tasman Sea. The ensuite has a stylish finish with dual shower facilities. A built in bunk platform offers fun sleeping arrangements for the children. A fireplace in one lounge and a spa bath in the bathroom offer yet more character, or a touch of romance after the children have gone to bed! You will stay nice and warm with the underfloor, central gas heating and you will never run out of hot water with the gas infinity water system. Our villa is situated in the perfect location, 2 minutes drive to town and restaurants or 4 minutes drive to Ngamutu beach, a very safe place for children to swim. However you might rather stay at home and entertain/ BBQ on either of the two decks.
