Luxury 3 bedroom fully furnished apartment located on Picton's waterfront with wonderful sea views of the Queen Charlotte Sound. This apartment is located directly in the heart of Picton with restaurants, shops, ferry terminal and access to the Marlborough Sounds at your doorstep.

As well as all the water activities and walking tracks this location offers, it is only a short drive to the heart of the Marlborough Wine Region with many wineries/restaurants to visit.

This apartment has modern facilities including a full kitchen with cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, TV, DVD player and Broadband.

This apartment enjoys a north facing aspect, taking in all the views of the action on the water.

A secure carpark is located in the basement of the complex. Boat launching facilities are close at hand.

This is a great apartment in Picton. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler. Cot and child facilities were all set up when we arrived.The place was very clean and very tastefully furnished.Kitchen was well equipped as well. Location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance - ferry terminal, shops, supermarket, railway station, tourists information, etc... Having stayed in more than 8 holiday apartments during our trip, I must say this is one of the best. We all loved this apartment and its view. Thanks Ben and Lisa.

Wonderful spacious apartment for our party of six adults. The location was fantastic and the seating outside on the balcony was great. Enjoyed breakfast here and a relaxing wine at the end of the day, always with the beauty of the Queen Charlotte Sound in view.

"Having rented this apartment for seven months I can guarantee that the photos tell no lies. It is absolute luxury. What the photos do not show is that the deck is two-thirds longer than the view photo shows, because the master bedroom, to the left of that photo, also has wide, opening sliding window doors, so you wake to the same sights. Sit on the deck and drink the view (with all-day sun). You don’t even need a glass to do so. Go for it. The apartment is also extremely secure. – Steve Jones"
