Bay Views is a beautiful new, architecturally designed home in Acacia Bay. It is a spacious, luxury home, fully equipped with all the necessary items for you to enjoy your stay. It is beautifully appointed - relax on the window seats in the lounge, soaking up the warmth of the summer sun and enjoy stunning rural view overlooking the valley and Whakaipo Bay.
The exposed beams in the lounge, along with the easy start, wood pellet fire and window seats make it a cosy, inviting room for those cold winter days as well. There is a 32' plasma TV and DVD player, along with Sky TV (basic package) and a large selection of DVDs. Numerous books, magazines, a chess set, cards, backgammon set etc means you need never be bored!
It comfortable sleeps 8 (4 adults maximum) - perfect for 2 families. The master bedroom (with ensuite) and guest bedroom both have quality queen beds and overlook the countryside and Whakaipo Bay. Open the bi-fold windows of the master bedroom on summer mornings, languish in bed and soak up this view, or enjoy the crisp, frosty mornings from the warmth of your heated blanket in the winter!
There are 3 living areas - formal lounge, kitchen/dining area with large day bed and a mezzanine lounge upstairs (with sofa bed). A modern style island bench in the kitchen enhances the relaxed family atmosphere and the daybed next to this is large enough for the whole family to lounge on - perfect for reading the Sunday papers on.
There is excellent indoor/outdoor flow with large stacked sliding doors from the kitchen/dining opening onto the deck to enjoy the wonderful view from outdoor sofas and beanbags. A second secluded outdoor courtyard area, with dining table and sun lounger, is on the more sheltered side of the house with outdoor artwork and a water feature with coloured spot lights to create a relaxing ambience.
It is fully fenced with a large garden so safe for children.
This home is ideal for entertaining or relaxing in.
