Option(2) $300 per night 3 bedrooms upstairs plus the downstairs self contained flat,sleeps 9. It has 4 bathrooms. This is above the garage and has a door though to the house upstairs.
Option(3) Additional $30 for sleepout 1 double bed.
$50 for cleaning.
