Rates: All rates are based on the accommodation being left as found i.e. clean and tidy. Booking ahead is advisable.
ONE WEEK MINIMUM FOR ALL BOOKINGS UNLESS BY PRIOR NEGOTIATION.
Rate is based on a flat fee for 2 adults (including young children)additional teens/adults incur $15 per night supplement.
Rates negotiable for long term bookings and we provide a cleaner once per fortnight at no extra cost for long term bookings.
PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL OR PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IN ALL CASES.
A deposit of 10% secures the booking and is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
Payment can be made using NZ bank account (cash transfer) or PAYPAL.

Availability: Available all year. ONE WEEK minimum booking is preferred but email for shorter stay/special rate options. Rate is based on 2 adults sharing.
