The private, self-contained, spacious studio is situated on the ground floor of the house. It contains a queen and single bed, has an en suite bathroom, a well equipped kitchenette, independent access, a private patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue surrounded by a lovely, peaceful, fully fenced garden.
Three extra bedrooms are available with the studio, if required (for one party bookings only), all situated on the ground floor of the house. There is a separate access door to the bathroom from these bedrooms.
The property is situated in a quiet street on the outskirts of Wanaka, 2.5 km from the town centre, beside the famous Rippon Vineyard, near three ski fields, close to wonderful bike and walking tracks and within a 10 minute stroll to the lake and two restaurants.
Free wireless internet access, two bikes for exploring, laundry facilities and off street parking are available.
Toys, books, DVDs and games, are on hand for children and adults.
Quality linen, continental breakfast provisions and home baking are all included in the tariff.
