Pamper yourself relaxing in this private charming 3 bedroom cottage. Perched on a spectacular site in a quiet cul-de-sac, the sweeping views of Mana Island, the South Island mountains and Kapiti Island will amaze you. Especially as you sip a slow drink, watching the sun setting peacefully, changing the colours of the sky and the waves gently lapping below.
Take a stroll along the beach or bike to Queen Elizabeth Park. Public tennis courts and a children's playground are nearby.
It's only a 5 minute walk to Raumati South village where you can enjoy good coffee, food and often live music plus poetry at Lembas Cafe. There's even a good old fashioned dairy for any essentials you might need.
Only 45 minutes from Wellington but worlds away.

Nearby attractions & activities
Plenty of acivities nearby if you choose to explore.
Of course the beach for walking any time of the year, QEII Park just down the road for beach or sand dune strolls or biking. It's easy to follow the coast to Paekakakriki for an expedition or a cafe break.
Check out ww.naturecost.co.nz which is good for events, activities and places to go on the Kapiti Coast.
It's a short drive to Coastlands Shopping Town, the chocolate factory, weekend markets at Lindale and Paraparaumu Beach and bird sanctuaries.
Otaki is a little further up the line with bargains to be found at the factory outlet stores on State Highway One.
The shops at Raumati Beach are good too with cafes, boutique clothes and furniture, a funky art shop as well as the excellent Kapiti Arts & Crafts shop with all things made by locals. Plus there is a Post Office and a great second hand book shop. On Raumati Beach is the Beachcomber Bar and Restaurant and if you go a bit further to Paraparaumu Beach you'll find interesting shops too and galleries plus what we think is the best fish and chips on the coast at Fed Up Fast Foods - you can't beat their groper which you can eat indoors complete with salad and chips with a choice of kumara or wedges too.
