The living area is sunny and spacious with comfy couches TV, Stereo, books and some games. Along with the logburner there is an extra wall mounted electric heater.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath and toilet and there is also another toilet situated in the laundry.
There is plenty of off street parking and room for the boat. A large lawn in the front is great for a game of cricket or just for the kids to run and play.
Close to the many restaurants and there is a walkway nearby to the village or around Cowens Hill. Sunny balcony area for relaxing. You will love this place which is furnished for comfort.
