Well presented 2 bedroom house with great mountain views. Back section off Beach Road - 5 minutes walk to New World. Access to Beach. Open plan kitchen and living area.
Repainted, new carpet in bedrooms, new cabinets and workbench in kitchen and a new bathroom!
Ample of boat parking.
All linen can be provided with beds made for your arrival and cleaning for an extra $40 per booking.
1 night stays welcome during the week - however not available on Friday or Saturday nights. No surcharge.
Mountain views from Lounge. BBQ available at a small charge.
Beach access and only 5 minutes walk from New World Supermarket.

'We were the first guests to stay in “A Good Stay”, Chris and Suzy’s new accommodation and Chris was still working on the property when we arrived!! There were a couple of teething issues which were very quickly rectified. We live in Sydney and the purpose of our stay was for an informal family reunion and we wanted to be able to cook and entertain for the family. A Good Stay fitted the bill admirably especially when we cooked the fish and crayfish that we caught on our fishing charter – “Fish Kaikoura”.
We had easy access to the beach as well as a stunning view of The Alps. Also close to the town centre and extremely close to New World Shopping Centre. Facilities in the house were more than you would necessarily expect for budget accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, good heating and an outdoor area. Sure there is a railway line at the back fence but with only 2 or 3 trains a day this did not pose a problem. We would definitely recommend A Good Stay for a small family.'
