A luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the popular and upmarket suburb of St Clair. Featuring expansive city, harbour and sea views and fully furnished to the highest standard.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge is a large open plan area, extremely sunny and warm. The bedrooms are spacious with LCD TV's in each and large wardrobes. The master bedroom features an ensuite and the main bathroom features a bath with a shower over it.

There is a king bed in each bedroom, which can be split into 2 singles on request. all linen and bedding is provided.

The laundry features a washing machine, dryer, tub and internal vacuum cleaner system.

This apartment has its own deck, garage with remote control door opener. Entrance is through a secure front door, leading to the apartment.

The apartment is part of a block of 4 that has 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs units all with exactly the same design.

There is a common backyard area with cloths line, BBQ area and some grass for the kids to run around on.

We also have rental cars available so can offer accommodation and car packages if required.

It is a 10 minute drive into the centre of the city from the apartment and there is a bus service that goes directly into down on the same street, although buses do not come that often.

St Clair is a great family friendly area, featuring an awesome beach and Esplanade area, great for running, walking or just relaxing. The Esplanade area offers numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, a beauty spa, hairdressers and a play ground. In the summer the St Clair Hot Salt Water Pool is also open for swimming and the beach has a surf patrol and throughout the year surfing is a popular activity at the beach.
