New sliding doors in lounge and master bedroom allow for easy indoor-outdoor flow. New fire, heat transfer system and double glazing mean year round warmth and comfort
There is also a portacot with bedding.
The large lawn is ideal for children to play on or for pitching a tent. Pohara Valley Road is a quiet street with ample birdlife yet just a 10 minute walk along the Pohara beach to the local shop and cafe.
