Pedestrian access just 2 minutes to the lake or neighbouring inlets and a 2 minute drive to the Pisa Moorings boat ramp. Located approx 10 minutes from Cromwell, approx 25 minutes from Gibston Valley, approx 35 minutes from Wanaka - making this a quiet central location to many desirable destinations.
Gottage consists of a modern bathroom including shower, vanity and toilet, master bedroom with queen bed and separate living area with kitchenette, dish washer, laundry area, 6 seater dining table, 2 seater sofa/bed, 2 single beds and TV.
Relax on the sun soaked deck which runs the length of the gottage with easy access to both master bedroom and living area via ranch sliders.
Ideal location for skiing, boating, tramping, fishing, wine trails, bungy jumping and War Birds Over Wanaka - just to name a few.
Wonderful views of mountains and a glimpse of the lake centrally located with mountain bike track to town. One section back from lake edge with kiak available for use. Gottage is located in a quiet culdesack. Grounds are flat and grassed
