We advertise that the house sleeps 10. It sleeps 8 adults in the 4 bedrooms with the provision for 2 single beds to be set up in a bedroom (for children only).
Each bedroom has a television and two bedrooms have private ensuites with bedroom 3 and 4 sharing the third which has a spa bath and shower over, they all have underfloor heating.
The home is positioned on a sunny section with views over the lake Wakiatipu, the Queenstown Gardens and the Remarkables mountain range. There are four bedrooms - one upstairs, and 3 on the lower level. The house has a large open plan Kitchen, living and dining area with doors leading into a separate formal lounge area boasting the same stunning views.
The home is heated with a gas fire place in the open living area and each room has a wall heater. At the rear of the property is a 6 person hot tub/spa and BBQ area with out door seating and table. The garage caters for 2 vehicles and has a ski clothes drying unit, with room for additional off road parking at the rear of the property.
We also have a Landrover Discovery 7 Seater with ski racks and chains which is available for rental by guests only @ $85.00 per day all inclusive.
We also manage the house next door called Aspen House so if The Aspen is booked try next door.
