BBQ, outdoor furniture and patio heater on large wrap around deck. 250 metres to local licensed restaurant/bar, dairy, 400 metres to beach & boat ramp. Open plan lounge/dining with TV, DVD, stereo etc. Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. Bedding configuration 2 Queen beds and 3 single beds Double garage ample parking & easy access for boat parking from the adjacent grassed reserve. Minimum stay 2 nights - (Christmas 5 nights).
