A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled 14 days or more before your arrival. No refunds will be given if cancelled within the 14 days, you fail to show up or leave early.
Full Payment must be made in advance of the stay.

Our 'meet and greet' service is one of our most important services.
On your day of arrival it is our priority to meet you on time at the apartment with a polite, friendly briefing on your apartment and if required the local environment. Actually we like to be at your apartment about 40 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. We conduct our final checks including lighting, appliances, telephone line and written information about the apartment, building and local area.

This has to be the most ideal location in all of Wellington-The building and the unit are beautifully appointed, quiet and very comfortable. We would never stay anywhere else in the future.
