Located only 50 metres from Cheltenham beach, this charming period Cottage is on it's own private fenced site.

Ideal for just a couple, or two couples, a family or extended families travelling together.

We do not live on site so you are completely private and totally independent.

You can rent the 2 Bedroom and/or the Studio.
Both have seperate front entrances, private outdoor areas and courtyards, OR they can be combined by the use of an internal lockable (soundproofed) door.

Details for each are:

2 bedroom : Sleeps 4 (1 x Queen bed, 2 x Single) with full Kitchen, Fridge/Freezer, Bathroom and Laundry.

Studio : Sleeps 2 (1 x Queen bed) + Sofabed (fold out Double) with Kitchenette (convection Microwave, 2xHotplates), Fridge/Freezer, Bathroom and Laundry.

Within 100 metres is a French Deli, Cafe, Dairy, the beach and Childrens playground.
15 min walk or 5 min Bus ride to Devonport Village and ferry to Auckland City.

Start the day with a walk/jog/cycle in the surrounding Reserves & Parklands.
Followed by a swim & then head to the local cafe or cook-up your own breakfast in the Garden. BBQ, Table + Chairs & Umbrella provided.

Spend a lazy day on Cheltenham beach, swim in the calm water (safe for children) & snooze under the native Pohutakawa trees on the warm white sand.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner supplies are only 50 metres away at the French Delicatessen, Bakery, Organic butcher & Dairy. Head to the Village for New World Supermarket, Cafes, Banks, Chemist, etc.

All the City attractions are just a Ferry ride away (15 min).
