great place to take a group of teenagers. Plenty of lawn space, great area for bbq and nice beach just down the way. We had a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone. Hirer very helpful as well.

20 mins from Havelock, 5-10 mins from Linkwater turnoff. Easy access to beach and boat launching. Dinghy available.
