The house is great for parties, family functions, weddings and team conferences. The house can sleep comfortably 8-10 and depending on configuration up to 12-13 people with other beds available.
The large deck lends it self to great outdoor living and sitting with a glass of wine listening to the outdoor stereo.
The owners live on the 1.5 acres but the house still remains totally private in a beautiful country garden setting.

Set in internationally famous Martinborough known for its superb wines with a five minute walk to the village, shops, cinema, or the vineyards. Martinborough is only 25 minutes from the sea, five minutes to the river, or 15 minutes to Lake Wairarapa. There are many things to do in the Wairarapa from great walks, bike-riding, taking a speed boat down the river to going up in an air balloon.
