NEW House Jan09, Can sleep 2 families, 3 bedrooms, SKY TV aerial (bring own decoder),large open plan living/dining/lounge/kitchen, 4 stacker doors opening onto wrap round deck on two sides of the house, Sleeps 9, Full garage (Garage has boogie boards,skim board, surf board, tennis rackets, golf set,childrens beach equipment,beach bikes (adult and childrens) , kayaks & life jackets- you will need a 4WD or trailer to get them to beach) ,2nd TV setup for DVD recorder or X Box/Play Station in kids bedroom (bring own play station or X-box to hookup and keep the children busy on a wet day !), new kitchen (stainless steel oven and fridge), new bathroom, good quality furniture & fittings including leather lounge suite and 42 inch TV mounted on wall.
Included also is outdoor furniture for enjoying the large deck area, and also a new 4 burner hood BBQ purchased Oct 2010.
For all bookings in excess of 5 nights over the Summer period (Dec - Feb) a welcome gift pack of specialty cheeses, chocolates and wine is provided on arrival.
House is located in a new subdivsion very close to main shops on Wilson Rd, approx 900 metres from beach. The subdivision we are in is lovely subdivision with a good layout and lots of other families in the subdivision.

Great house within walking distance to shops and beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and the extras like the bikes, kayaks and buggy were great. The owners were very accomodating with our last minute booking, thank you.
