The Lake side is just 100 Metres accross the grass reserve and restaurants , Pubs and the Copthorne Hotel are just five minutes level walk. Ten minutes level walk will take you into the centre of town and to the Harbour. There is a commercial grade gas fired BBQ on the ground floor deck.
