It has a sheltered deck and courtyard area with an adjacent fenced backyard for badminton or volleyball. There is a large reserve just across the road and it is 3 minutes walk from tennis courts, flying fox, kid’s playground, local store and take-away.
The bach has been recently renovated and has a new kitchen with a gas hob and microwave. The lounge has a TV, DVD player, stereo and an “electric fire” for the cooler evenings. The bathroom is modern and spacious. There is a bunkroom for kids adjacent to the main bedroom and a comfy sofa-bed settee for another couple to stay. Enquire to owners for kayak hire.
