Hectors House is a near new 2 level house set on a stunning location giving superb unobstucted ocean views. Everywhere you look you cant get away from the ocean and it's waves washing up on the beach or smashing up on the far away rocks. At least you wont miss seeing the local Hectors dolphins jumping and surfing the waves right in front of you. It has a large lounge/dining room area with lots of seating facing the ocean. It also has an large outdoor balcony around two sides of the house with safety glass panels designed to not block your ocean views & deck chairs supplied. Huge grass lawn for kids to play on, own private beach access track. Inside the house is 3 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 6 people. With 3 double beds with two of the doubles bedrooms having a single bunk overhead.
It has a nice bathroom with toilet & good shower/bath, good beds, comfortable seating, electric cooker & fridge, etc
The houses heating is provided by an electric heat pump/air cond. unit. TV/DVD/FREEVIEW.
