The 'Cave Rock Apartment Complex' is situated between Marriner St & The Esplanade. Your apartment (No.36) faces the Espanade but is conveniently set back a bit to give you some privacy. Sumner Village with 14 cafes/restaurants, boutique Hollywood cinemas, shops etc. is at your door step. Sumner beach features a restaurant situated right on the beach, which is quite unique in NZ. Also there are 2 surf schools operating where you can take surf lessons or just hire a board and wet suit. During the summer months Sumner Beach is patrolled.

Lovely view from the balcony. Sunny and bright apartment. Accommodating owner, easy and friendly. Loved the cafes and restaurants in Sumner and "cute retro cinema" across the road.
