Eventide is a cosy 5 year old beach house located in a quiet street only 50 metres from the safe swimming North Waikanae Beach.
At North Waikanae Beach, there are several biking and walking routes towards Peka Peka Beach, taking in beach and reserve routes. Explore the many options taking in the Southern beach, river and lagoon.
Cafe's, Tennis Court, Shops are 15 minutes walk away, or 5 minutes drive.
For the golfers, Waikanae Golf course is 5 minutes drive.
The house has everything you will need for a great stay, enjoy the indoor outdoor flow, onto one of the three decks.
Downstairs is a large Kitchen, Lounge, Bathroom with Double Shower, and one Bedroom. For people who are mobility bound, there is ramped access to the house, and the mentioned facilities downstairs.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, bathroom and seperate toilet. Two of the Bedrooms have views of the sea and Kapiti Island. Off the Main Bedroom, is a large deck from which to enjoy watching the sun going down.
For Babies and Tots, we have toys, baby bath, High Chair, Cot and a Buggy (Please let us know if you require these in advance). A very large sandpit - backyard, and of course the beach across the road. Childrens playground is 10 minutes walk away with swings, slides, and climbing Tower
Note the section is still being landscaped, but with the large decks, and grassed front section, paths and driveway, there is plenty of Outdoor areas to use.
