This home features a separate TV room with Sky digital TV /DVD player, for your family enjoyment. Enjoy evening barbecues outside on the large sun drenched outdoor deck, or take a stroll across the road for a leisurely walk along the beautiful sandy beach. This is a relaxing place for special family and friends to catch up and enjoy quality time together, or alternatively is a great place to house sporting groups attending tournaments in and around the bay area.
The brand New Pak and Save supermarket is just a short stroll down the road for all your grocery supplies, and the video store for wet day video hireage.
Sport and recreational opportunities are almost unlimited - include swimming in sea, surfing, sailing, the famous mount salt hot pools, Baywave Aquatic Centre, Indoor Rock climbing, fishing, Diving, horse riding, bush or beach walks, boat and helicopter trips. For exploring further afield you are only 45 minutes from all the abundant tourist attractions in Rotorua.
For those that just want to kick back and relax there are numerous cafes, shopping centres, cinemas, restaurants, bars, etc to choose from. Don’t forget to visit the hugely popular Papamoa Flea Market, which is located at Palm Beach Plaza on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month.

One street back from domain beach, quick stroll to Fashion Island and Palm Beach Plaza. Short 10min drive to Bay Wave, and Bayfair Shopping Mall. Then just a little further to Downtown Mount with Cafes,Shops, Cinema, Hot pools and the beautiful Mount. For day excursions travel 45mins to Rotorua to experience a gondola ride and the exhilerating LUGE, the famous Whakarewarewa Village, bubbling mudpools etc.....
