What a view from this one bedroom holiday unit that sits directly above Kaiteriteri Beach; you can watch all the joyous water activities from the deck. An hour’s drive from Nelson this fully self-contained unit accommodates up to four guest and is the street end unit of three. The bedroom has two singles and the lounge has a double pull-out sofa bed (purchased in 2010). Bed and bath linens are provided with electric blankets for the two singles. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, two electric hobs, small oven and microwave. Open plan kitchenette, dining and lounge with TV, DVD (with a small selection of movies) and a stereo. Bathroom has shower, toilet, washing machine and drier. You are only a 10 minute walk by road to the hub of Kaiteriteri where you will find a convenience store, restaurants, takeaways, water taxi for the very popular Abel Tasman, kayak hire, children’s playground including flying-fox and mini-golf. Marahau is a 8Km drive. There are leisure bush walks including one to Little Kaiteriteri. Motueka is a 15 minute drive and the surrounding district is ideal to explore numerous art and craft galleries, vineyards, or just stay put; sit on the deck admire the view across Tasman Bay to Nelson.
