Other features include a BBQ, broadband, high chair, portacot, baby bath, electric blankets, alarm clocks, dishwasher, two televisions with DVD players, telephone, stereo, and all the other usual conveniences (eg oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, iron , washing machine, dryer, bedding, etc).

In addition to being extremely sunny, our home has ample heating with a heat pump, pellet fire, and night store. Located in Musselburgh the property is an easy 5-6 minutes drive to the central city, University, and Hospital, 5-6 minutes drive to local beaches, right at the beginning of the Otago Peninsula and within2- 5 minutes walking distance of other amenities (shop, post office, takeaways, hairdresser, doctors etc). Our home continually receives great reviews and we offer very reasonable rates.

Sleeps up to eight. Master bedroom and second bedrooms each have a queen bed while the third bedroom has a set of single bunks. The new foldout sofa in the 2nd living area also makes it ideal for larger families or groups. Beds come made up and towels are also provided for your arrival. Linen is laundered and the home serviced on your departure. It is expected, however, that the home will be left in a tidy condition.

Our home is available all year round with a minimum of two nights stay.

Rates are based on 2 adults and may include up to three children: $150 a night up to 4 nights, then $700 total for 5 – 7 nights. Extra adult $20 per night and extra child $6 per night. Extended stays over 7 nights at discounted rates. Pets - no. Smoking – outside only
